Our produce is all locally sourced and of the highest quality. We use only the freshest herbs and spices to ensure all our dishes maintain our authentic SunJam flavour. Our pride rests in the taste of our food. Whatever the size of your event, rest assured, we prepare tasty dishes with superior presentation to suit your occasion.
We cater to small events such as, refreshments for corporate meetings as well as home cooked meals for dinner parties. We also cater to large events where guest lists can reach the into the hundreds.

All our services are presented by staff who are extremely reliable and are trained to minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certification. Our team are approachable and have detailed knowledge of all our dishes and their ingredients.
Our team will help plan your event, give advice, and assist with any additional information and equipment they deem necessary to ensure your event is a success.
Our equipment hire service allows our clients to make easy work of their special occasion. All our equipment is tested and hired out to the highest standard of hygiene and productivity. We can provide: Soup Kettle, Ban marines, Tea Urn, Hot Boxes. Please contact us to for further enquiry.

You may require services to suit guests where an intimate and home-style cuisine is required. Therefore, our Lifestyle catering package may suit your needs. Or perhaps your event is a little more formal. On those occasions, our restaurant style catering package may better suit your requirements. Antigua Frigate Bird
Antigua and Barbuda’s Codrington Lagoon National Park hosts the Caribbean’s largest colony of the magnificent Frigate birds every mating season.
Dominica Imperial Amazon Bird
The imperial amazon, also known as the sisserou, is a parrot found only on the Caribbean island of Dominica. It has been designated as the national bird of Dominica.
Barbados Pelican Bird
This Pelican is featured on the national Coat of Arms of Barbados but is rarely seen around Barbados. The Pelican Island was named because of the brown pelicans that nested there.
The Grenada Dove – Leptotila Wellsi
The Grenada dove is endemic to the island of Grenada in the Lesser Antilles. Originally known as the pea dove or Well’s dove, it is the National Bird of Grenada.
Jamaican Swallow tailed Hummingbird
The doctor bird or swallow tail humming bird, is one of the most outstanding of the 320 species of hummingbirds. It lives only in Jamaica. For years the doctor bird has been immortalized in Jamaican folklore and song.
Trinidad Scarlet – Ibis Eudocimus Ruber Bird
One of the national birds of Trinidad and Tobago is the Scarlet Ibis. The Scarlet Ibis bird is a species of ibis that occurs in tropical South America and Trinidad and Tobago.
